Former Aldi Site Secured After Re-Location

Security fencing has been placed around the site of the former Aldi store in Market Harborough after the discount retailer relocated to new premises.
The move means the car park area outside the former base on Springfield Street, adjacent to the Waitrose store, is no longer accessible.

It is not yet known if a new occupier has been found for the premises.
Earlier this year Marks and Spencer ruled out taking-on the store, despite placing Market Harborough on a ‘wish list’ of locations where it would like to open a new food store.
