New Homes Plan Recommended For Approval

Plans to build new houses and bungalows in the centre of Lubenham are being recommended for approval despite objections.

18 villagers and the Parish Council have voiced concerns about the proposal for land off The Green, including highway safety and the potential for increased flooding.

Six properties are proposed and Harborough District Council’s planning committee will consider the application next week.
