Villagers Unite For Fundraising Drive

Residents in Dingley are rallying round to support charity Young Lives vs Cancer.

A series of events are planned including an auction of promises tonight at the Village Hall, which is being supported by a host of individuals and businesses.

Money raised from the events will fund the publication of a short children’s story entitled ‘Rootin’ 4 Raymond’, which was penned by villager Bruce Kirkman for a child undergoing cancer treatment.

All proceeds from sales of the book will be sold in aid of the charity.
