‘Griffin Trail’ Launches

A brand new all-weather route for walkers, cyclists and wheelchair users between Braybrooke and Market Harborough officially opens today.

The idea of the ‘Griffin Trail’ came out of the 2022 Braybrooke Neighbourhood Plan, which identified an overwhelming demand from villagers for safer and more scenic pedestrian access to the town than along the busy main road.

The £100,000 scheme was developed alongside the existing North Northamptonshire Greenway Project, utilising various grants, in partnership with the Braybrooke Beer Company, which funded an additional path linking to its tap room.
