Technical Fault Hits Parking Payment Machines

Drivers are being warned they may be unable to pay by card when parking in Market Harborough.

An intermittent mobile network problem is affecting pay and display machines in Harborough District Council’s car parks.

Signs have been put on payment machines to inform drivers

The council says the problem is beyond its control and signs have been placed on machines to make drivers aware of the issue.

Cash can still be used to pay for parking and the Pay by Phone app is unaffected by the glitch.
