Wendy’s Firewalk for VASL

A business support worker from a Market Harborough-based charity is literally ‘hot-footing’ it over to Belvoir Castle for its latest fundraiser!

Wendy Savill from Voluntary Action South Leicestershire (VASL) will be walking barefoot over hot coals at the aptly named ‘Burning Woman Festival’ on Saturday the 20th of July.

She’s promising not to get ‘cold feet’ ahead of her planned daredevil ‘Firewalk Challenge’ but admits to being a bit apprehensive:
