Volunteers Praised By In-Bloom Judges

Judges from the East Midlands in Bloom competition have praised the work of Market Harborough’s volunteer gardeners.

They have been taken on a tour today to look at floral displays and environmental projects, as the town’s in-bloom team hope to win the large town category of the contest for a third year.

Judges Malcolm Fisher and Liz Fairfield spoke to HFM while looking around Welland Park:

The tour of Market Harborough included the town centre, St Luke’s Hospital, railway station, Ridgeway Primary Academy, Stevens Street allotments, Little Bowden Bowls Club and the canal basin.
