Teenage Girl Seriously Sexually Assaulted In Market Harborough

Police are investigating after a teenage girl was seriously sexually assaulted in Market Harborough.
The incident happened in the area of Compass Point Business Park off Northampton Road, on Tuesday evening.

A spokesperson for Leicestershire Police told HFM: “Officers are investigating a report of a serious sexual assault in Market Harborough.
“The incident was reported to have happened in the area of Compass Point between 9.30pm and 10.30pm on Tuesday (25 June).
“The victim – a teenage girl – is being supported by specially trained officers.
“No arrests have been made and enquiries are continuing.”
An area of land at Compass Point Business Park was cordoned off by Police as part of the investigation.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police, quoting incident 897 of 25 June.
