Up-And-Coming Young Metal Band Hope To Make Final

A young up and coming metal band will perform for a place in the final of a top competition tonight.

Invicta, made-up of young musicians from the Harborough and Desborough area, are in the semi-final of ‘Metal To The Masses.’

The winner of the competition will get the take to the stage at the Bloodstock Outdoor Heavy Metal Festival in Derbyshire.

Having formed last year, Invicta have been working hard to make a name for themselves in the live local music scene for their genre.

The band, made-up of 14 to 16-year-olds, featured on HFM’s Friday Night Rock Show and their debut single ‘Under A World of Devastation’ was given its first ever play on the radio.

The five-piece consists of; Liam Jarvis – Vocals, Oliver Szomi – Bass, Dylan Gilbert – Guitar, Nadim Hassan – Guitar and Elwood Till – Drums.
