Construction Of ‘Affordable Homes’ Underway In Market Harborough

Work has begun to build new affordable homes on Market Harborough’s Southern Estate.
The £6m project at Naseby Square has entered the construction phase after some bungalows were demolished to make way for the development.

38 new houses and bungalows will go up, half of which will be offered for affordable rent and the other half for shared ownership.
Platform Housing Group is behind the scheme, with the new homes being constructed by Lindum Group.
The project is on-target to be completed in a year’s time.
