Appeal After Man Knocked Unconscious In Rothwell

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was knocked unconscious after being punched in Rothwell town centre last night.
The incident happened in Bell Hill just before 9pm, when he was assaulted by another man.
Northamptonshire Police say the victim was taken to hospital with injuries not thought to be life-threatening.
A 38-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and remains in custody.
Anyone who saw what happened is asked to call Police on 101.
