The alert also covers the River Jordan from Braybrooke to Market Harborough, through Little Bowden.
The Environment Agency says the river levels are set to remain high over the next few days due to further rainfall.
A spokesperson said: “Heavy rainfall has fallen onto saturated ground over the past few days in the Welland Valley area.
“This has caused the River Welland to rise, leading to flooding of low lying land and roads close to the river. Further rainfall is forecast and we expect the rivers to remain high throughout the next few days.
“Flooding to gardens, driveways or outhouses is possible close to the river. Our forecasts indicate that flooding inside properties isn’t likely and therefore flood warnings are not expected to be issued.”
