HGV Loses Trailer On Desborough Roundabout

A lorry trailer became detached from its cab on a roundabout in Desborough.

Police were called to junction of the B576 Harborough Road and Bear Way yesterday afternoon.

No other vehicles were involved and a spokesperson for Northamptonshire Police told HFM: “This happened just before 1.20pm in Bear Way when a truck trailer became detached from its unit on the roundabout.

“Thankfully no one was injured and the road was cleared at about 2pm.”
