Repairs Underway After Bus Collided With Roundabout In Kibworth

Work is underway to repair a roundabout in the centre of Kibworth that was badly damaged when a bus collided with it.
The granite stone wall of the Bank roundabout on the High Street is being fixed by Leicestershire County Council during the course of this week.

The side of the roundabout was hit by a commercial bus earlier this year and the work has been timed to coincide with the school half-term holidays, to reduce the disruption it will cause.
Temporary traffic lights will be in operation daily between 9am and 3pm and parking has been prohibited in areas of High Street and Paget Street.
