Charity To Continue Hospital Discharge Grant Scheme

A Market Harborough charity says it is delighted to have been chosen to continue co-ordinating a hospital discharge grant to support unpaid carers.

VASL will carry on administering the fund until the end of March next year, following a successful nine-week trial period.

The scheme supports people who care for someone who has recently left hospital and the extension comes thanks to further funding from the County Council.
