The former HSBC bank building in Market Harborough has been put up for sale for £700,000.
The historic four-storey property on the High Street, which was built in 1880 and is a listed building, has been put on the market after the bank closed last month.
Agents marketing the building say the ground floor consists of the main banking hall, with the uppers and basement previously being used as storage and staff ancillary.
They also add the property benefits from sizeable parking provision to the rear.

Barclays is also preparing to shut its branch in the town centre at the end of July and has applied for planning permission to remove the external ATM and night-safe, ahead of the building also being sold off.
Natwest closed in January, with its former premises ‘under offer’ from a potential buyer.
