All Set For Hallaton Bottle Kicking Spectacular

Final plans are being put in place for the Hallaton Bottle Kicking on Easter Monday.
The historic event is set to see crowds of thousands, as villagers from Hallaton and neighbouring Medbourne battle it out to wrestle bottles over fields in a bid to claim victory.
It will also include traditional parades and a church service.
The event, which dates back to late 18th century, is one of the oldest continued customs in the country.
