Half Beard Challenge Raises Over £1,900 For Charity

A Half-Beard Challenge at Market Harborough Rugby Club has raised over £1,900 for charity Prostate Cancer UK.

Women’s team coach Pete Williams came up with the idea and was joined by six friends, Tom Williams, Kevin Capell, Brad Godlington, Guy Giffard-Tiney, Charlie Lewis-Jones and Garry Brewster, who all had half their beards shaved off at a fundraising night on Friday, thanks to Tash The Barber.

The team of fundraisers is thanking all who have donated, as they face the awkwardness of living life with just half a beard for the next fortnight.
