Appeal After Attempted Burglary At House In Market Harborough

Police are appealing for information after a burglar was disturbed trying to break into a house in Market Harborough last night.
The man ran off after the occupant found him attempting to force open a rear window at the property in Long Brimley Close, on the Ashley Way estate.
It happened just before 8pm.
A spokesperson for Leicestershire Police told HFM: “The suspect made off empty handed and enquiries are being conducted in the area to identify any potential witnesses.
“If anyone has any information they are advised to contact 101, quoting crime number 22*726611.”
