Further Strikes To Hit Train Services From Market Harborough

Yet more strike action will disrupt train services from Market Harborough next month.
RMT Union members at East Midlands Railway will walk out on November 3rd and 5th, in the on-going row over pay and conditions.
Services will also be affected on November 7th when Network Rail staff strike.

An EMR spokesman said: “This will have an impact on the level of services which East Midlands Railway is able to operate.
“EMR has extensive contingency plans in place and will run as many services as possible.
“Only travel by rail if absolutely necessary and those planning to travel should expect severe disruption. Customers are advised to plan ahead – especially the first and last trains of the day. Full service information and timetables will be available shortly.
