Go-Ahead For New Homes In Kibworth Beauchamp

The go-ahead has been given for ten new homes to be built near Warwick Park in Kibworth Beauchamp.
Harborough District Council granted planning permission last night for a mix of bungalows and houses on land off St Wilfrid’s Close.
The site had previously been earmarked for a retirement living complex.

Meanwhile, plans for eight new houses in Church Langton were refused by the council’s planning committee.
The development earmarked for Church Causeway would have been in contravention of the village’s Neighbourhood Plan.
