Major Tree Works Underway In Grounds Of Disused Church

Work has begun to trim around 60 trees in the grounds of a disused church in Market Harborough.
Dead or dying branches will be removed and one tree needs to be felled for public safety, after it was found to be in very poor condition following a recent survey.
The District Council is carrying out the work at the St Mary in Arden Church site on Great Bowden Road, which will be on-going until next week.
