Firefighters from Kibworth have raised over £3,000 for charity after climbing Mount Snowdon in their full fire kit.
They conquered the mountain in North Wales in 2 hours and 45 minutes on Friday.
Money raised in sponsorship, which now totals £3,013, nearly three times their initial target, will be split between The Fire Fighters Charity and The Well Community Hub in the village.
