Police Meet Residents In Kibworth

Police have met residents and young people in Kibworth after concerns were raised about anti-social behaviour in parks.

Officers, together with officials from Harborough District Council, visited Warwick Park and Smeeton Road Recreation Ground on Friday.

Police are thanking all who took the time to speak to them and say although there is still work to be done, they received ‘refreshing opinions and attitudes’.

A similar event took place at Little Bowden Recreation Ground on Saturday evening, after similar problems with anti-social behaviour in recent weeks.

Police are planning more of the engagement events in the coming weeks.
