Spectrum Health guarantee routine appointments within 48 hours and these can be face to face, by video link, phone or online.
If your call is urgent, or if it concerns a child, you will get a same day appointment.
Spectrum Health’s latest patient promise means that if you call for a routine appointment before 10am, you will get a video appointment on the very same day.
