Appeal After Vandals Trash Cricket Club’s Base

Police are appealing for witnesses after vandals ransacked Braybrooke Cricket Club’s base.
They forced their way into the clubhouse at the Castle Ground before causing major damage inside, including smashing windows and crockery and throwing furniture and equipment around.

It happened sometime between 11am and 2pm on Friday.
A Northamptonshire Police spokesman told Hfml: “Unknown offender/s entered the cricket pavilion via the gate.
“Once inside, they damaged the doors and windows and a vast majority of the contents inside.
“All of the cupboard doors were opened as well and the contents were thrown out and smashed.”
