Man Knocked Unconscious In Unprovoked Attack

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was knocked unconscious in an unprovoked attack in Desborough.
The victim, in his 40s, collapsed after being punched in the chest and neck as he was walking along Station Road, and was taken to Kettering General Hospital for treatment.
It happened at 7pm on Sunday and the attacker, also a man, fled on foot.
Anyone with information should call Northamptonshire Police on 101.
