Council Threatens Action Against House Builders

Council bosses are threatening to take action against home-builders in Kibworth if they continue to flout rules as to when they can work.

Warnings have been issued to David Wilson Homes and Miller Homes who are building off Fleckney Road, following complaints from near-by residents.

No work is supposed to take place before 8am and after 6pm on weekends, before 1pm on Saturday and not at all on Sundays.

Harborough Council say it will take enforcement action if the agreed hours are not adhered to.
