£20K Cash Boost For Hallaton Church

Vital improvements will be made to the church in Hallaton thanks to a grant of £20,000.
It will help pay for the renewal of electrics at the historic church of St Michael and All Angels, which in-turn will enable new equipment for the community café based there and the creation of permanent exhibition space.

The money has been awarded from Harborough District Council’s Arts, Culture and Heritage Fund following an application by Hallaton Church Restoration Trust.
Trust chairman Phil Gilbert told HFM the work will make a big difference to the part the church plays in the community:
