Major Development Planned For Glen

Plans have been announced for a new 60-bedroom Extra Care facility in Great Glen.

The scheme, for 32 acres of land off Chestnut Drive, also includes new sports facilities for the neighbouring Leicester Grammar School and car parking.

A joint planning application from the school and Homes England, the government’s Housing, Land and Regeneration Agency, has been handed to Harborough Council.
