Winner of this year’s Alastair Campbell Marketing Mentor Award announced

This year’s winner of a special award, which was set up in memory of the much-loved founder of a Harborough-based marketing agency, has been
announced.

The ‘Alastair Campbell Marketing Mentor Award’ is given annually to a third-year student on one of Leicester De Montfort University’s
marketing courses.

Each year entrants are challenged to submit a real-world marketing plan for a company of their choice – to be judged by current Ideal Marketing
Company owner and MD Jess Shailes.

The winner of the 2021 award is third year ‘Fashion Buying with Marketing’ student Rosie Haymes.

Rosie’s prize includes the opportunity to do work experience at the Ideal Marketing Company here in Market Harborough, PLUS her choice of
membership or subscription to a top marketing organisation or publication.
