Windows Smashed At Bar In Desborough

A man arrested after windows were smashed at a bar in Desborough has been released without charge.

Police say the 27-year-old was questioned in connection with an incident at Bar 76 on Station Road on Friday night.

A spokesperson for Northamptonshire Police told HFM: “This happened on 22/09 at about 9.15pm when staff refused to serve an intoxicated man.

“The man then smashed some of the windows outside whilst trying to get back in.

“A 27-year-old man was arrested in connection with the offence and has since been released with no further action.”
