Water Disruption Continues For Villages Near Market Harborough

Water supplies remain disrupted for hundreds of homes and businesses near Market Harborough following a pump failure at the weekend.
Villages including Clipston, Kelmarsh, Great Oxendon and East Farndon still have very low water pressure.
Anglian Water says the repair is taking longer than initially expected and apologises for the ongoing disruption.

A spokesperson added: “We’re sorry if you’re still experiencing very low water pressure.
“The problem with one of our pumps is proving more complicated to fix than first expected, but our team is working as fast as possible to get things back to normal.”
It is estimated the issue will be fully resolved by midday.
