Wanted Man Found In Vehicle Stopped During Checks On A6

A wanted man was arrested after being found in a vehicle stopped during spot-checks on the A6 just outside Market Harborough.
Police discovered there was a warrant out for his arrest during the operation, which saw 20 vans and other vehicles found to have faults of varying severity.

Repairs were made to 19 vehicles at the scene, while one was prohibted and not allowed to be driven further.
Officers teamed up with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) to carry out the checks at the McDonalds roundabout on Friday.
