Train Services Still Disrupted Despite Strike Action Called Off

A reduced train service is operating from Market Harborough today, despite latest strike action being called off.
It was too late for East Midlands Railway to change its amended timetable for Saturday and today when the RMT Union announced on Friday it was suspending walk-outs to allow for further talks.
Another strike was due to take place on Wednesday and EMR says it is working hard in a bid to restore a normal service on that day and will confirm details in due course.
