Strike Action & Engineering Work To Disrupt Train Services

Strike action and major engineering work will cause disruption for people travelling by train from Market Harborough from this weekend.
Walkouts by union members at East Midlands Railway and Network Rail will mean a severely reduced service on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday.
In addition, there will be no trains directly to London this weekend, with services terminating at Luton, due to work on the tracks.
That will also be the case on the following Saturday and Sunday.
EMR is urging people to only travel if absolutely necessary on strike days and warns services on the days following the strikes could also be affected.
