Strictly Star Records Good Luck Message For Harborough Youth Theatre Company

Strictly Come Dancing Star Aljaž Škorjanec has recorded a good luck message to Market Harborough youngsters, as they prepare to take to the stage.

Spotlight Theatre Company, formally the Youth Theatre, say the message has come as a real boost ahead of their production of The Addams Family next week at Welland Park Academy.

Director Paul Williams told Hfm: “It’s been a challenging time to put together this show which was delayed because of the pandemic, so to receive such a lovely good luck message from one of our favourite strictly stars has been a real boost for everyone involved.

“We can’t wait to get back on stage now and bring some live theatre back to Market Harborough with a fun and spectacular show.”

Dancer Aljaž sent the message after being told of the production by Jess Phillips, who helps run Spotlight and has recently been working with him on the upcoming film adaptation of the musical Matilda.
