Sentencing Date Set For Man Who Asked To Kiss Child

A Market Harborough man who told a young girl she was attractive and asked to kiss her is due to be sentenced next month.
Paul Cockerill, 63, of Thornborough Close, appeared at Leicester Magistrates’ Court yesterday after previously admitting engaging in sexual communication with a child under 16.
Cockerill was arrested after police were called to the town centre
He was arrested on The Square in Market Harborough after police were called to the town centre on July 24th.
Cockerill was remanded back into custody ahead of sentencing at Leicester Crown Court on September 14th.
