Sainsbury’s Could Open In Kibworth

Sainsbury’s could open a new supermarket in Kibworth.
The retail giant is in talks about building it on the corner of Wistow Road and Warwick Road.

Owners of the land – Manor Oaks Homes – already have outline planning permission for a retail, and commercial development there.
They are now seeking permission from Harborough Council to increase the size of the retail part to accommodate the store and apartments as part of the scheme.
22 apartments, a veterinary surgery, gym and offices are also included in the plan for the site, adjacent to the Priory Business Park.
