Rugby Club Hopes To Launch Junior Team For Disabled Players

Market Harborough Rugby Club is hoping to launch a junior team for disabled players.
It will initially host wheelchair multi-sports sessions for under 18s, to see if there is enough interest, with sessions at Harborough Leisure Centre’s Dome from next month.
The club is teaming up with coaches from Leicester Tigers and operator of the leisure centre, Everyone Active, for the initiative.
Mike Fletcher, vice-chairman of Market Harborough Rugby Club, spoke to HFM:
The free sessions will take place on Sundays from 1.30pm – 3.30pm at Harborough Leisure Centre, for 5 weeks starting on Sunday 11th June.
