Revised plans to transform a long-standing derelict site in Market Harborough into over 80 apartments are set to be given the go-ahead.
Developers want to make small alterations to an already approved plan for three, four and five-storey apartment blocks at the corner of St Mary’s Road and Kettering Road.

Site clearance work has got underway on the site
Mitchian Welland Ltd, who have begun site clearance work on the land, also proposed some changes to the conversion of the historic flour mill on the site into flats.
Harborough District Council planning officers are recommending councillors grant planning permission for the changes when they meet next week.
