Pub Re-Opens After CO2 Shortage

The Red Cow pub in Market Harborough has re-opened after a CO2 shortage forced a temporary closure.
The production of beer and fizzy drinks has been affected by a shortage of the gas caused by plant shutdowns and technical difficulties.
Some publicans have also been finding it hard to secure Carbon Dioxide canisters for use in pubs.
