Poundland To Open Store In Market Harborough Town Centre
Written by HFM News on 28th July 2021
Poundland is opening a store in Market Harborough town centre.
The national discount retailer will move into the former B&M premises in the Commons Car Park, which has stood empty since last April.
No opening date has yet been announced, although Poundland has begun advertising for staff and applied for planning permission to install new entrance doors and signage.
It has been thought a gym would open in the building, after a change of use application was approved last year.
The building, together with the adjoining one occupied by Tesco and flats above the store, was bought by a company formed by Harborough District Council in 2019.
