Police Appeal Over Electric Bike incidents

Police have released a picture of an electric bike and the masked rider involved in several incidents in Lutterworth.
The male has been reported riding recklessly on footpaths.

Officers also warn that if the bike is not legally registered, there may be traffic offences to answer for.
