Plans Submitted For Next Phase Of ‘Overstone Park’

Plans have been submitted for the next phase of a major new housing development on the edge of Market Harborough.
Developer Davidsons want to build a further 123 houses on the site, off Kettering Road at Clack Hill, to be known as ‘Overstone Park’.
Work on the first part of the estate began last year and also included the construction of a new roundabout on the A6 at the Kettering Road junction.
Once complete, the development, stretching towards Braybrooke, will comprise of 600 homes and other facilities, including a primary school.
Harborough District Council is being asked to approve the plan for the next phase.
