Plans For New Homes In Desborough & Husbands Bosworth

Plans have been unveiled for new housing developments in two parts of the HFM region.

Up to 265 homes are proposed for land off Harborough Road in Desborough, while a further 150 could be built on a site east of Welford Road in Husbands Bosworth.

Both schemes include a range of house types and sizes, together with a proportion of affordable housing, plus public open space.

Developers say they plan to submit formal planning applications after reviewing feedback from community consultations in both areas.
