Plan For Doggy Day Care Centre

A disused warehouse in Market Harborough could be turned into a grooming and day care centre for dogs.

Plans have been lodged to convert the premises at Court Yard Workshops on Bath Street into the new facility.

If approved, the service would operate Monday to Friday and create four jobs, with work experience placements offered for local animal care students.

A document provided within the planning application says: “The proposal reflects a broader trend towards niche services within local communities and seeks to repurpose existing commercial space in a way that aligns with emerging market demand for pet-related services.”
