New Homes Plan Revealed As Retirement Complex Scheme Scrapped

Written by on 24th August 2021

Plans have been announced to build ten new homes in Kibworth Beauchamp after a previous scheme for a retirement living complex was scrapped.

A mix of bungalows and houses will go up on land off St Wilfrid’s Close,  if planning permission is granted.

Developer Manor Oak Homes say there is now little market interest in the previous plan for the 45-bed retirement complex, which was given the go-ahead in 2018, but never progressed.

A new planning application for the site adjacent to Warwick Park has been submitted to Harborough District Council.
