New Cheese & Ale Festival
Written by HFM News on 4th April 2019
Something new is coming to Market Harborough later this month – a three-day cheese and ale festival!
Regional and international traders will set up stalls on the Square from Friday 26th April until Sunday April 28th.
Harborough Council is working with an events firm to organise it.
Mark Perris, head of economic development at the Council, said: “It is fantastic that Harborough district can attract new festivals such as this. We welcome any event that brings visitors into town and hope that people come out to support the festival and see what it, and the town, has to offer.”
RR Events Managing Director Tony Walsh said: “Our teams of staff and traders have been involved in markets across Europe for over 10 years. We are particularly proud of our Continental Street Market brand as we know the atmosphere that it brings to the towns and cities we visit. We would like to thank Harborough District Council for working with us to help launch this brand new event, and hope the people of Market Harborough will enjoy it and are as excited as we are.”
The Cheese and Ale Festival is free to attend and will be open on Friday 26 April to Sunday 28 April 10am to 6pm (Friday and Saturday) and 10am to 5pm (Sunday).
