Men Appear In Court Accused Of Attempting To Steal Keyless Car

Two men have appeared in court accused of attempting to steal a keyless car in Lutterworth.
Aurimas Pikciunas, 28, and Mindaugas Zukauskas, 40, both of Shields Road, Newcastle, face charges of going equipped for the theft of a motor vehicle.
The pair appeared before Leicester Magistrates’ Court today and were remanded in custody, to appear at Leicester Crown Court next month.
No pleas were entered.
Leicestershire Police say the charges relate to an incident in Douglas Bader Drive, where two people were seen acting suspiciously and attempting to enter a keyless car between 1am and 3am today.
